Home & Hill Management offers free consultations to clients interested in our management services with follow-up consultations at $25/hour. On-site property consultations are offered at $40/hour. Detailed short-term rental consultations with information about how to purchase, list, and manage your rental yourself are also offered at $40/hour.

Home & Hill’s professional setup package ensures that your short-term rental property is a thriving success from the very beginning. This all-inclusive service begins with a free consultation and in-depth strategy meeting.
Our team then gets to work on every aspect of the listing process, including professional photography, copywriting, and education about managing your online listing. We will help you setup and manage local and state remissions of taxes, permitting and the like. Our setup package saves you time and money while providing you with all the tools and knowledge needed to host a profitable short-term rental property.
When set up is complete, you’ll be able to manage your property via your smartphone or laptop.
