Anna Gilbert has called Cookeville her home since she moved to town in 1991 to attend Tennessee Tech University. Fast forward to 2013 after her Master’s degree and a stint with a print publication, she launched a local Airbnb and became adept at all things short-term rental. She outfitted the The Stone Farmhouse (featured in 2017 in Country Living Magazine) and in 2015 designed The Cabin by Bear Lake, another well traveled and beloved location. She continues to add more unique properties, and is happy to design or manage others in the community.

Ali Jane Gilbert
Home & Hill property Manager
Ali Jane majored in Housing and Design at Tennessee Tech University. She has lived in Cookeville her whole life, with the exception of attending grad school in Nashville at Lipscomb University. At Lipscomb, Ali Jane attained her Master’s of Business Administration. Ali Jane began her role as property manager at Home and Hill in 2023. Since then, she has appreciated the opportunity to let her design creativity flourish. Additionally, she enjoys hosting traveling guests and ensuring the happiness of property owners.
