Our expert interior design team ensures that the design process is easy and hands-off for you, whether you’re remodeling or starting with a blank canvas. Because interiors are a driving factor for guests, we design what we manage to ensure maximum rental income.
We also offer staging services for individuals who would like to optimize their property.
Design & Staging Package
Design Rate: $75/hour
Step 1: Strategy Consultation + Mood Board
Our expert designer will meet with you to discuss design styles, long-term goals, and budget to ensure we create a cohesive and profitable design strategy for your rental. After meeting, we’ll get to work by creating a mood board that reflects items that are potential purchases and/or a Pinterest board that will guide the design. Depending on the scale of the project, design hours during this stage vary. Budget, quality, and design are carefully balanced. A retainer will be assessed based on the project budget.
Step 2: Purchase + Delivery
Once the design mood board is approved, our team will help to order all the necessary products by sending links to you to purchase the selected items. (If you would like our team to purchase and receive items, a retainer will be collected.) You will purchase the items, take delivery of the items, and move them to the location of the property. If needed, we offer storage space to house items before installation. Home & Hill’s team also utilizes local shops to purchase items for your unit. In this case, HHM will make purchases on your behalf and send an invoice to you for the items purchased.
Step 3: Installation + Staging
If you’d like, our team can help with these aspects of installation: de-boxing and assembly. Once items are de-boxed, we place furniture, hang wall-art, and place decorative items, also setting up bedrooms and kitchens to help bring the property to full use. We will ensure every last detail is perfect.
Step 4: Property Listing
Once your property is ready, you can choose our Set-Up Package to move into the listing portion of the rental process. Management services are also available.
